HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-156. , '777 - CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of March , 19 80 . The following members were present: —Mayor Hunt, Co_uncilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The followlna mem ers were a Sen : Nnnn tt* Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 156 ORDERING AMENDMENT TO ENGINEERING REPORT FOR PROJECT 915 - GALILEE ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The City Council orders that a revision in the engineering report be prepared to include the following: a) The improvement of 45th Avenue from County Road 18 to Nathan Lane. b) Watermain to serve the area bounded by 45th Ave.,Nathan Lane and County Road 9/County Road 18 frontage road. c) Sanitary sewer to serve the area bounded by 45th Ave., Nathan Lane and County Road 9/County Road 18 frontage road. c) Sanitary sewer and watermain for the parcel of land at the northwest corner of County Road 18 and 45th Ave. 2. That the revised report not be undertaken until the three property owners requesting the feasibility study sign a petition form agreeing payment of the cost of the study. 3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 07rowi g voted in favor t ereo ayor Hun t, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an— opte .
