Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, minnesota was held on the
3rd day of March , 1980 . The following members were
present. mor Hunt, ounce mem ers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: ryone
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 155
GALILEE ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 915
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-733 of the City Council, adopted the 5th day of
November, 1979, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility
improvements for the Galilee Addition and adjacent property; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer,
watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 3rd day
of December, 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the Council hereby determines not to undertake the improvements
proposed in the preliminary report and in the Council Resolution
adopted November 5, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
