Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesot was held on the

The following members were absent: None
Council -member Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-154
CREATING A FULL TIME FIRE CHIEF POSITION
WHEREAS, the City Manager in a report dated February 29, 1980, has recommended
that a full time position of Fire Chief be created and further outlined a
procedure for filling said new position; and
WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the report and recommendation of the City
Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a new full time position of Fire Chief be and the
same is hereby created as recommended by the City Manager in his memorandum
dated February 29, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember H , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
