Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of March , 1980 , The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers avenpor , Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: one
Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-152
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
FABER PLACE ADDITION (79064)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 80-119 on Febuary 11, 1980
approving the developement contract for Faber Place Addition; and
WHEREAS, the developer requested that the City waive the 25% deposit required
for City constructed public improvements; and
WHEREAS, this waiver was requested in accordance with Section 500.31, Subdivi-
sion 6 of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, the developer is required to perform approximately $18,000 of grading
work on the public street right-of-ways before the City installed improvements
can be constructed; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the improvement is a very low risk with regard to
the payment of the special assessments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the development contract is hereby revised by deleting the require-
ment of the 25% payment for the City installed public improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
WynrilmQmber DavenRort , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in Tavor ereo : _Mavor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport,
Hot Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
