Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of March lg 80 The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers avenpor,- Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were arisen one ,
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-151
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
CRITERION M.P.U.D. (A-814)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 80-122 on February 11, 1980
approving an amended development contract for Criterion M.P.U.D. Addition;
and

WHEREAS, the developer requested that the City reconsider the storm sewer costs
included within the development contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the revised development contract be further amended by deleting
$61,290 of the estimated storm sewer costs.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
