CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon the
3rd day of March , 19 80 . The following members were
present: _ Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport. Hoyt. Neils and Schneider .
The following members were absent: None
rn unrilmgmher Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-150
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION AND ISSUANCE OF
PERMITS FOR BLAINE E. WATKINS (80003)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Blaine E. Watkins,
Resolution No. 80- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division and issuance of permits:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No variance with respect to setbacks for existing or new structures are
granted or implied.
3. Park payment of fees in lieu of dedication prior to issuance of building
permit in accordance with City policy in effect at the time of building
permit issuance.
4. Any and all additional REC (Residential Equivalent Charges) Area and/or
lateral charges to be paid prior to building permit issuance.
5. Compliance with City Council Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum build-
ing elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open
storm water facilities.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor thereof: --Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
