The following members were present: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were 50—sent: : None ._ CouncilmeQer Davenaort introduced the following Resolution and moved Its addoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-149 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR BLAINE E. WATKINS (80003) WHEREAS, Blaine E. Watkins has requested a division of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assess- ment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 5, Elmhurst, according to the plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. To be divided into two new parcels as follows: PARCEL A: That part of Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 5, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat thereof Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying northeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot 7; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot 7 a distance of 129.00 feet to the point of beginning of line to be described; thence southeasterly, deflecting to the right 90 degrees a distance of 70.00 feet; thence southeasterly, deflecting to the right 41 degrees 30 minutes a distance of 128.00 feet more or less to the southerly line of said Lot 9, Block 5, Elmhurst, and said line there terminating. PARCEL B: That part of Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 5, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying southwesterly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot 7 a distance of 129.00 feet to the point of beginning of line to be described; thence southeasterly deflecting to the right 90 degrees a distance of 70.00 feet; thence southeasterly, deflecting to the right 41 degrees 30 minutes a distance of 128.00 feet more or less to the south line of said Lot 9, Block 5, Elmhurst, and said line there terminating. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byi Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in or t ereor: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: one . Whereupon the Resolution was "declared duly passed and adopted.
