Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
' 3rd day of March , 19 80 . The following members were
present:Mayor Hunt,_ Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Davenport
The following members were albsent: None
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 148
APPROVING ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY (LOTS 15 AND 16, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION N0, 355)
FROM THE CITY OF MEDICINE LAKE (80002)
WHEREAS, Robert Berthiaume has requested detachment and annexation of two parcels
containing 4,000 square feet located within the City of Medicine Lake at the north-
east quadrant of the intersection of South Shore Drive and Cleveland Avenue
(extended) to the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Medicine Lake has reviewed the request and has passed a
resolution dated January 7, 1980, approving said detachment and annexation of
said parcels to the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, development of said parcels is most feasible as suggested by Robert
Berthiaume;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOT!i, that it should and hereby does approve the annexation of Lots 15 and 16,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 355, P.I.N. 25-118-22-33-0004 and 25-118-22••33-0005 from
the City of Medicine Lake to the City of Plymouth pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
414.061 and to the concurrent resolution by the City of Medicine Lake.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
