Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasrheld on the
3rd day of March , 19 80 . The following members were
present: ayor Hunt, ounce mem ers avenporf; Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

Coun_ilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO, 80- 147
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR ROBERT
BERTHIAUME (80002)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation for Robert Berthiaume
in Resolution No. 80- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED L rHt. :ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and he ')es direct the following condi-
tions to be met prior to filing of said ,,r. , isolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer'_ .�emurandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with City Council Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum build-
ing elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open
storm water facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication for one lot per City
policy prior to issuance of a building permit.
5. Completion of annexation procedures including all required documentation per
Municipal Commission, City and State prior to filing lot consolidation with
Hennepin County; all costs to be paid by the petitioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
