Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, inneso a wa`s-heTa on the
_ 3rd day of March , 19 80 . The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-142
APPROVING FRONT AND SIDE YARD SETBACK VARIANCES FOR GREENHOUSE FOR LEONARD
BUSCH, 4045 HIGHWAY 101
WHEREAS, Mr. Leonard S. Busch, 4045 Highway 101, has requested a 50 foot front
yard setback variance and a 12 foot side yard setback variance to permit the
construction of a greenhouse; and,
WHEREAS, the request was reviewed by the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals
in regular session on December 11, 1979; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the intent of Policy Resolution No. 73-54
regarding building setbacks from future streets and the intent of the front yard
setbacks in the R-0 District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a 23 foot front yard setback
variance and a 12 foot side yard setback variance for construction of a greenhouse
to be placed a minimum of 77 feet from the existing highway right-of-way for
Leonard Busch at 4045 Highway 101;
FURTHER, the Council finds that in this case the intent of the City Policy and
Ordinance requirements are met relative to the established alignment and future
right-of-way needs for Highway 101.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils
and Davenport .
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Schneider
