HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-141CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of March , 19 80 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Counci ]members Davenpor , Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: bone Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-141 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS LARCH LAND CUL-DE-SAC UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 005 WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted the 17th day of December, 1979 fixing a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and street improvements on Larch Lane north of proposed Co. Red 9; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day of January, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY rESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted December 17, 1979, and as contained in the preliminary engineering report received the same date. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc, is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the makinq of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in avor thereof: yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pai—sed and adopted. 1►,rt ttf t,�r
