Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Cit
�r Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
25th day of February , ig 80, The following members were

�ouncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-140
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND °REPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IOTH AVENUE FROM NATHAN LANE TO BASSETT CREEK
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 007
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted the 7th day of January, 1980 fixing a date
for a public hearing with respect to street and utility improvements on 10th
Avenue from Nathan Lane to Bassett Creek; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of bituminous street
with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and all
necessary appurtenances,; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the
4th day of February, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard
were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted January 7, 1980, and as contained in the
preliminary engineering report received the same date.
2. Alternate No. 1 for the deep sanitary sewer line is accepted.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated
as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : _ Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers_ Davenport,
ho t, Neils and Schneider
