Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was field on the
25th day of February , 19 80- The following members were
present: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
mom its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-138
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
49TH AVENUE FROM NATHAN LANE TO 1300 FEET WEST
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 904
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted the 7th day of January, 1980 fixing a date
for a public hearing with respect to street and utility improvements on 49th
Avenue from Nathan Lane west 1300 feet and adjacent area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, sanitary
sewer, bituminous street, storm sewer, ponds and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on
the 4th day of February, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard
were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted January 7, 1980, and as contained in the
preliminary engineering report received the same date.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated
as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and spe-
cifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconde6 by
Counci memb r Ngils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
