Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
11th day of February 1980 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Davenport, ouncilmem6ers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider.
The following members were absent- avor Hiint
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 80-128
AMENDMENT TO TURTLE LAKE AREA PROJECT
PROJECT NO. 920
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the City Council adopted June 5, 1978, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvement of the Turtle Lake area with sanitary sewer trunk
facilities; and
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1979 the City Council ordered the project; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the project is the construction of the west trunk sanitary
sewer from points "C" and "F" as outlined in the report; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that this west trunk sewer be increased in size in
order to serve a larger area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the west trunk line sewer be increased in size from a 10" to a
12" line.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Acting Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: cting Magor Davenpo't, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider _
