the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
11th day of February , 19 80 . The following members were
present: —Acting Mayoravenpor ouncilme�ee'rs Hoyt, Neils and Schneider.
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-125
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MEADOW LAWN/4 SEASONS TRAIL
WHEREAS, City Project 927, Meadow Lawn/4 Seasons Trail is anticipated for
construction in 1980 and,
WHEREAS, necessary funding has been arranged for this project through City
and grant resources and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to proceed with this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should and hereby does order the preparation of final plans and
specifications for City Project 927, Meadown Lawn/4 Season Trail for construction
of approximately 2,000 feet of Class 1 bicycle trail adjacent to Nathan Lane
from 36th Avenue North to the proposed park facility.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co n ilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
