Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
11th day of February , 19 80 - The following members were
present: Artina Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider.
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 124
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT FOR
KINGSVIEW LANE SOUTH OF 14TH AVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition for street improvements for
Kingsview Lane from 14th Ave. south 190 feet.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _ Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
