Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held, on the 11th day of
February , 19 80. The following members were present: Acting Mayor
Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
were
.Coober Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

AWARD OF CONTRACT
PROJECT NO. 951
1979 SANITARY SEWER TV WORK
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the following projects:
804 - Fernbrook Lane north of Highway 55
806 - Pineview Lane
809 - Pike Lake Area
829 - Ridgecrest Addition
832 - Schmidt Lake Hills Addition
846 - Rappaport Addition
902 - Northwest Interceptor
906 - Ameriks 1st Addition
908 - Medina Road Area
909 - 26th Avenue
807 and 911 - Downtown Plymouth
914 - 16th Avenue
919 - Medicine Ridge Addition
921 - Hadley Place Addition
944 - Windsong Addition
707 - Seven Ponds Area
for TV inspection work, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law,
and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
PSG/American Consulting Service $11,955.75
Viking Pipe Services 13,195.39
Solidification, Inc. 14,032.31
Clear Water Research 18,102.50
Midwest Underground Inspection 18,877.50
Novack Construction, Inc. 33,979.50
AND, WHEREAS, it appears that PSG/American Consulting Service of Plymouth, Minnesota
is the lowest responsible bidder;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract with PSG/American Consulting Service of Plymouth,
Minnesota, in the name of the City of Plymouth for the following
projects:
804 - Fernbrook Lane north of Highway 55
806 - Pineview Lane
809 - Pike Lake Area
829 - Ridgecrest Addition
832 - Schmidt Lake Hills Addition
846 - Rappaport Addition
902 - Northwest Interceptor
906 - Ameriks lst Addition
908 - Medina Road Area
909 - 26th Avenue
807 and 911 - Downtown Plymouth
914 - 16th Avenue
919 - Medicine Ridge Addition
921 - Hadley Place Addition
944 - Windsong Addition
707 - Seven Ponds Area
for TV inspection work according to the plans and specifications therefore
approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk
for the low bid amount of $11,955.75.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until
a contract has been signed.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol awing vot in avor ereo : Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmemters
