Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
11th day of February , 19 80 . The following members were
present: cting Mavenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider.
The following members were absent: ayor un
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80- 120
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "FABER PLACE" FOR HENRY
FABER (79064)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Faber Place" as requested by Henry Faber;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior
to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Conveyance to the City of Outlot A and Outlot B for right-of-way and
utility purposes.
3. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in accordance with
City Policy in effect at the time of filing of final plat,
4. A covenant prepared for Outlot C indicating that the use of the outlot is
intended to facilitate the development and design on the property to the
south and shall be approved by the City Attorney and filed with the final
plat.
5. Rezoning shall be finalized at the time of final platting.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereoActing Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
