Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80- 118
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE FOR REZONING
OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE AND
28TH AVENUE NORTH (79064)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an ordinance rezoning certain land in
Section 23 at the northeast quadrant of West Medicine Lake Drive and 28th
Avenue North from R-0 to R -1A in conjunction with the approval of a final
plat for Henry Faber to be known as "Faber Place";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the final plat for
"Faber Place" be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
ordinance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: —Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
