HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-116CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of February 19 80. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Davenport, councilmemTe:-- Hoyt, Neils and Schneider. The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-116 SEPARATING PROJECT INTO SEGMENTS FABER PLACE ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA PROJECT 013 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 80-71 of the City Council, adopted the 21st day of January, 1980, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and street improvements for the Faber Place Addition and adjacent property; and WHEREAS; the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer, water - main, storm sewer, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 11th day of February, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the project is divided into the following segments: 1. Segment 1 - All improvements in the Faber Place Addition and the widening of West Medicine Lake Drive. 2. Segment 2 - The storm sewer improvement from West Medicine Lake Drive to Medicine Lake.
