HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-115CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of February 19 80. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Davenport, LOuncilme—mUe—rs Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: ayor un Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-115 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PIKE LAKE AREA TRUNK SEWER PROJECT NO. 008 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 80-70 of the City Council, adopted the 21st day of January, 1980, fixed a date for a public hearing on the extension of the Pike Lake Trunk Sanitary Sewer from the existing lift station near 60th Ave. and Goldenrod Lane easterly to the intersection of County Road 10 and County Road 18 by the installation of sanitary sewer, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica- tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 11th day of February, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Both Phase I and Phase II of such improvement are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted January 21, 1980, including the crossing of the County Road 10 right-of-way. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifi- cations for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CguncilmeWber Hoand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in savor thereof: cting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Reaulution was declared duly passed and adopted. *** we,r wrr,ie
