HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-114CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of _ February , 19 80 . The following members were present: A_cti.ng Mayor Davenport, Counci lmem eters Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: ayor Hunt Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-114 SEPARATING PROJECT INTO PHASES PIKE LAKE AREA TRUNK SEWER PROJECT NO. 008 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 80-70 of the City Council, adopted the 21st day of January, 1980, fixed a date for a public hearing on the extension of the Pike Lake Trunk Sanitary Sewer from the existing lift station near 60th Ave. and Goldenrod Lane easterly to the intersection of County Road 10 and County Road 18 by the installation of sanitary sewer, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica- tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 11th day of February, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the project is separated into the following phases: 1. Phase I: From the existing lift station to the east line of the Hennepin County Park Reserve District. 2. Phase II: From the Hennepin County Park Reserve District to the intersection of County Road 10 and 18. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote bean? -taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: cting Mayor avenpor , Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
