Project No. 707 - Seven Ponds Area Resolution NO. 79-103; February 20, 1979 2. Project No. 809 - Pike Lake Area Resolution No. 78-430; July 17, 1978 3. Project No. 829 - Ridgecrest Area Resolution No. 78-247; May 1, 1978 4. Project No. 832 - Schmidt Lake Hills Addition Resolution No. 78-731; November 6, 1978 5. Project No. 846 - Rappaport Addition Resolution No. 79-176; April 2, 1979 6. Project No. 906 - Ameriks Addition Resolution No. 78-818; December 18, 1978 7. Project No. 908 - Medina Raod Area Resolution No. 79-129; March 5, 1979 8. Project No. 914 - 16th Avenue Resolution No. 79-115; February 26, 1979 9. Project 006 - Empire Lane Resolution No. 79-280; December 17, 1979 the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., has prepared plans and specifications for the following street improvements: 1. Project 707 - Seven Ponds Addition Holly Lane, 32nd Ave. and 32nd Ave. extended to Seven Ponds East Addition 2. Project 809 - Pike Lake Area Hemlock Lane north of Co. Rd. 10; Goldenrod Lane from 61st Ave. to dead end south of 60th Ave.; 61st Ave. and 60th Ave. east of Hemlock Lane 3. Project 829 - Ridgecrest Area Quaker Lane from 28th Ave. to 31st Ave.; Orleans Lane from 28th Ave. to south line of Tiburon Addition; 31st Ave. west of Quaker Lane; 30th Ave. from Quaker Lane to Orleans Lane and 29th Ave. from Quaker Lane to east line of Ridgecrest Addition 4. Project 832 - Schmidt Lake Hills Addition All streets within the addition 5. Project 846 - Rappaport Addition 30th Ave., Larch Lane, Magnolia Lane, trail along west Medicine Lake Road and widening of West Medicine Lake Road 6. Project 906 - Ameriks Addition Quaker Lane, 27th Ave., 28th Ave. from Quaker Lane to Orleans Lane and Orleans Lane from 28th Ave. to 27th Ave. (west side only) 7. Project 908 - Medina Road Area Medina Road from 28th Ave. to Vicksburg Lane, Ranchview Lane from Medina Road to 31st Ave. and 30th Ave. east of Ranchview Lane 8. Project 914 - 16th Avenue 16th Ave. from Co. Rd. 6 to Highway 55 9. Project 919 - Medicine Ridge Addition 28th Ave. from Pilgrim Lane to Quaker Lane, 27th Ave. west of Pilgrim Lane, 23th Ave. west of Pilgrim Lane, Pilgrim Lane from 26th Ave. to Timber Creek Addition and existing Pilgrim Lane easterly from East Medicine Lake Blvd. 10. Project 921 - Queensland Lane Queensland Lane from 3rd Ave. to 6th Ave. 11. Project 944 - Windsong Addition All streets within addition Resolution #80-111 Page 3 . 12. Project 006 - Empire Lane Empire Lane within Plymouth Freeway Center 2nd Addition 10 and has presented such plans and specfications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for three days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the Clerk until 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 7, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Blvd., Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid.
