the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of Februar , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counc!]members avenport, Hoyt, and Schneider .
The following members were absent: ounci meem6er Neils
Councilmember.Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-110
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated January 28, 1980 for Nodland Associates,
Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $13,697.32 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for
Project 908.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mar Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport.
Hoyt. Neils and Schneider
ine rollowing voted against or abstained; None •
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
