Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held Fn --!he
4th day of Februar '19 80 . The followinu members were
present:--Rayor Hunt, Counci mem_ e_rs Davenport, Hoyt, and Schneider .
The following members were absent: eils
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-109
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR SEWER
PROJECT 902
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated January 29, 1980, for Northdale
Construction Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $47,114.63 to Northdale Construction Co. for
Project 902.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport,
Hoyt, and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopted.
