Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of February , 19 80 . The following members were
present: mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, and Schneider
The following mem ers were absent: CouncilmembPr Neils
Co1jnri1mPtDhPr Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 107
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 908
MEDINA ROAD UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared changing the tapping of existing
watermain to a "wet tap" connection, and the addition of clearing and grubbing
trees in the storm sewer location added in Change Order No. 1; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Project 908 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNLZOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 908 (Utility Improvement) by adding
$7,375.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $358,520.00 is
revised to $365,895.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by"

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
