Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was -Feld on the
4th day of February , 19 80 . The following members were
present: mayor Hunt.Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, and Schneider .
The follow ng members were absent: ounce mem er Neils
introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-106
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 908
MEDINA ROAD UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared changing the water service lines
from 6" to 8" or 12", and
WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Project 908 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 908 (Utility Improvement) by
adding $3,160.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $355,360.50
is revised to $358,520.50.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass—R—an adopted.
