Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of February , 15 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, and Schneider .

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-105
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 011
NATHAN LANE - 51ST AVENUE TO 56TH AVENUE
REVERE LANE - 56TH AVENUE TO CO. NO. 10
56TH AVENUE - REVERE LANE TO CO. NO. 18
CO. NO. 18 FRONTAGE ROAD - 56TH AVENUE TO 51ST AVENUE
CO. NO. 10 - REVERE LANE TO DEERWOOD LANE
STREET AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 1979, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to the following improvement:
Nathan Lane - 51st Avenue to 56th Avenue
Revere Lane - 56th Avenue to Co. No. 10
56th Avenue - Revere Lane to Co. No. 18
Co. No. 18 Frontage Road - 56th Avenue to 51st Avenue
Co. No. 10 - Revere Lane to Deerwood Lane
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of streets with concrete curb
and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, ponding areas and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on February 4, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said report is hereby received and placed on file.
FURTHER, that a permit application be made to the Soo Line Railroad for a street
and utility crossing of the railroad tracks at Nathan L%ne.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
