Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was 1d on`the
4th day of February 1980 . The following members were
present: Maor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, and Schneider
The following mem ers were absent: _Councilmember Neils
Coupcilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 103
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
PROPOSED HARRISON HILLS ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Hewitt Peterson, the
owner of proposed Harrison Hills Addition.
2. The petition is hereby received and placed on file.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following voted in avor t erg: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, and Schneider
