Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon the
4th day of February , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Daven ort Hot and Schneider
The following members were absent: ouncilmember Neils
HHunn introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-102
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR LAKE MINNETONKA HOMES FOR LOTS 37 &
38, BLOCK 1, CEDAR RIDGE ADDITION (A-813)
WHEREAS, Lake Minnetonka Homes has requested a lot division/consolidation of
Lots 37 & 38, Block 1, Cedar Ridge Addition in order to realign the common
property line with the common party wall within an existing two family dwell-
ing which was incorrectly situated on the parcels; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request in accordance with City ordinance
procedures for platted property and has recommended approval of the request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lake
Minnetonka Homes for the division/consolidation of Lots 37 & 38, Block 1,
Cedar Ridge Addition, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the
necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the
consolidation is approved by Hennepin Countv:
Lot 37, Block 1, Cedar Ridge Addition, P.I.N. 16-118-22-41-0038
Lot 38, Block 1, Cedar Ridge Addition, P.I.N. 16-118-22-41-0039
To be divided and consolidated into the following two parcels:
PARCEL A: Lot 37, Block 1, CEDAR RIDGE, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; EXCEPT that part of said Lot 37 lving
southerly of a line drawn from a point on the west line of said Lot
37 distant 2.44 feet north of the southwest corner thereof to a
point on the east line of said Lot 37 distant 2.13 feet north of
the southeast corner thereof.
PARCEL B: Lot 38, and that part of Lot 37, lying south of a line drawn from a
point in the west line of said Lot 37 distant 2.44 feet north of the
southwest corner thereof to a point in the east line of said Lot 37
distant 2.13 feet north of the southeast corner thereof; all in
Block 1, CEDAR RIDGE, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport_
Hoyt, and Schneider
