Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of February_, 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci members Daven ort, Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were Ws -en ounce mem er Neils
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution aid
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 99
SEPARATING PROJECT INTO TWO SEGMENTS
VICKSBURG LANE FROM HIGHWAY 55 TO COUNTY ROAD 6
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 002
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted the 7th day of January, 1980 fixing a date for
a public hearing with respect to street and utility improvements on Vicksburg
Lane from Highway 55 to County Road 6; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, storm sewer,
bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, medians and all necessary appur-
tenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 4th day
of February, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the project be divided into the following segments:
a. Segment 1 - From Highway 55 south to the north line of the
Minneapolis Workhouse Property.
b. Segment 2 - From the north line of the Minneapolis Workhouse
Property south to County Road 6.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and Schneider ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
