Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was a on the
28th day of January , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-97
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR
1980 SNOWPLOWING
WHEREAS, the Council received a report on January 28, 1980 regarding the status
of snowplowing operation for the City of Plymouth and,
WHEREAS, the report recommended that the effectiveness of current snowplowing
operations could be improved by engaging a private contractor to plow cul-de-
sacs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should, and hereby does authorize the expenditure of an additional
$700.00 per plowing operation for the removal of snow from City cul-de-sacs,
and further that such funding shall be authorized from account 101-172-810
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�Coun�cilmember Davenport . and upon votebeing taken thereon the
following voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport',
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
