Pursuant to due call and notiLe thereof, a _- �Reial� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 80-96
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PARCELS
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received
from the County of Hennepin a list of land within its corporate limits
which have become the property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment
of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in such list has heretofore been
classified by the Board of Cjunty Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
as nunconversation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized
by the said Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classifica-
tion by said Board of Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said
list as nonconservation land be and the same is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that certain parcels or portions thereof in said list he conveyed
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for public use as hereinafter listed:

35-118-22-33-0011 Northern 35 ft. of each Public Trailway
lot abutting right-of-way

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
CCoouu%ilmember_Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Neils and Schneider
