Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of
January , 1980 . The following members were present:

The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-94
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 920
TURTLE LAKE AREA SANITARY SEWER
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken Project No. 920; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and temporary
easements are required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the interest
of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City
of Plymouth, for the City to acquire said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation
proceedings for Project No. 920 for the following described easements over the
following described parcels:
1. The South 331 feet of the North 662 feet of Government Lot 1, Section 16,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and
2. The North 331 feet of Government Lot 1 and accretions thereto located in
Government Lot 3, Section 16, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
A nprpetual easement 20 feet in width for sanitary sewer purposes and
a temporary construction easement 100 feet in width over, under and
across the above-described property. The common centerline of said
easement being described as commencing at the Northwest corner of
Section 16, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence
on an assumed bearing of South 00 42' 57" East along the Wes line of
said Section 16, a distance of 1585.54 feet; thence South 87 47' 05"
East 401.61 feet; thence North 90 52' 16" East 240.08 feet; thence North
60 02' 35" West 364.38 feet; thence North 100 23' 54" East 105.22 feet;

thence North 390 54' 34" East 273.38 feet to the point of
beginning of the centerline to be described; hence North
50 32' 18" East 502.13 feet- thence North 55 42' 36" East
298.81 feet; thence North 42a 27' 03" East 250.74 feet and
there terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember.Ho tand upon vote being taken thereon, the
