Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 93
ADOPTING RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, Section 200 of the City Code provides for certain rules of
procedure for the conduct of City Council meetings; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that certain additional rules of
procedure should be more closely specified for the benefit of the members
of the Council as well as the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed rules of procedure, as submitted
to this Council in the Manager's memorandum of January 18, 1980, be and
the same are hereby adopted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�oupcilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hot Neils and Schneider
