Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of Januar , 1980 . The following members were
present: flavor Hunt Councilmem ers avenpor Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: one__
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 90
APPROVAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Gasoline Service Station Licenses have
been received from the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter XI,
Section 1115.01, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Gasoline Service Station License applications
from the parties listed below be approved for the period January 1, 1980
through December 31, 1980, with the condition that all violations be corrected.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
'Qouqcilmember How_ and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Holt Neils and Schneider .
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
