RESOLUTION NO. 80-89
APPROVAL OF TARGET AND TRAP SHOOTING LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for a Target and Trap Shooting Range License has
been received from the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc. in accordance with
Chapter IX, Section 930, of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a Target and Trap Shooting Range License
be approved for the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc., 4955 Holly Lane, Plymouth
for a period of one year from January 1, 1980 through December 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
'Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tot towing voted n favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hot Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstain one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
