Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of January , 1980 . The following members were
' present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-86
APPROVING 1980 WINE LICENSE FOR LATUFF'S PIZZERIA
WHEREAS, Michael J. Latuff has applied for renewal of a Wine License in
accordance with Chapter XII, Subd. 3 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it approves the issuance of a Wine License for
the purpose of selling wine at retail for consumption on the premises of
Latuff's Pizzeria, 11333 Highway 55, effective February 1, 1980 to expire
January 31, 1981, subject to the appropriate laws of the United States,
the State of Minnesota, the ordinances and regulations of the City of
Plymouth, and the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control Commissioner
of the State of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tol lowing voted In Tavor thereof: Mavor Hunt_ Cnunrilmomharc nnucnnn.+

The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
adopted.
