Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of January , 19 80 . The following memhers were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were assent: None

Councilmember Hovt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-84
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR J. P. MULLIGAN'S
WHEREAS, John Paul Muchulas, dba Fun Foods Limited, Inc., of J. P. Mulligan's
has applied for renewal of On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License in accordance
with Chapter XII, Section 1200 of the City Code;'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of an On -sale
Intoxicating Liquor License to John Paul Muchulas, dba Fun Foods Limited, Inc.,
of J. P. Mulligan's for the purpose of selling intoxicating liquor at retail
for consumption on the premises of J. P. Mulligan's located at 3005 Harbor Lard,
effective February 1, 1980 to expire January 31, 1981, subject to the appropriate
laws of the United States, the State of Minnesota, the ordinances and regulations
of the City of Plymouth, and the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control
Commissioner of the State of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
_Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
