Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,iMinne`sota was held on the
21st day of January , 1980 . The following members were
present: -Mayor Hunt. Council members Davenport Hoyt Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ho t introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-83
APPROVING SUNDAY SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR THE RADISSON INN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, an application for renewal of Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor
License has been received by the City from Jorgen Viltoft, DBA: Radisson
Hotel Corporation, for the Radisson Inn Plymouth in accordance with Chapter
XII, Section 1200 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of
a Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License to Jorgen Viltoft, DBA
Radisson Hotel Corporation, for the Radisson Inn Plymouth effective
February 1, 1980 to expire January 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol lowing voted in tavor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Ho_yt, Neils and Schneider ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
