Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Kinnesota was held on the
21st day of January , 19 80 - The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hort introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-82
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR THE RADISSON INN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, Jorgen Viltoft, DBA Radisson Hotel Corporation, of Radisson Inn
Plymouth has applied for renewal of On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License
in accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of
an On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Jorgen Viltoft, DBA Radisson Hotel
Corporation, for the purpose of selling intoxicating liquor at retail for
consumption on the premises of the Radisson Inn Plymouth, 2705 Annapolis Lane,
effective February 1, 1980 to expire January 31, 1981, subject to the appro-
priate laws of the United States, the State of Minnesota, the ordinances and
regulations of the City of Plymouth, and the rules and regulations of the
Liquor Control Commissioner of the State of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor t ereo ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
