Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-80
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA STREETS
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated January 15, 1980, for Jerome P. Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $14,951.23 to Jerome P. Begin Contracting Co.
for Project 908.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained:��
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass and adopte
