CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
21,E day of January , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mavnr Hunt_ rminrilmembers Davenport_ Hovt_ Neils and Sr_hneider .

rniinrilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-79
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 801
VICKSBURG LANE - CO. RD. 9 TO CO. RD. 47
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated January 14, 1980, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $27,738.68 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co.
for Project 801.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoWncilmeWer Npils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hovt. Neils and Schneider ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
