Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the
girt day of January , I9�-. The following members were
present:Prs Davenport. HoYt. Neils and Schneider

Cquncilmem�er Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-77
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 911 - CONTRACT I
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH STREETS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Contract I, Downtown Plymouth Streets:
1. Revise medians and driveways on Plymouth Boulevard between 37th
Avenue and New Co. Rd. 9.
2. Construct berm and revise driveway access at Plymouth Boulevard
and Niagara Lane.
WHEREAS, Change Order NO. 5 for Project 911, Contract I is recommended for
10 approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 5 for Project 911, Contract I adding $10,180.00
is approved and the current contract price of $1,031,092.30 is revised to
$1,041,239.30.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
