Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul4r meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was neld on the
91C; day of January , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-76
APPROVAL OF SIGN PLANS FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS AT THE NORTH-
WEST CORNER OF LANCASTER LANE AND PILGRIM LANE (79014)
WHEREAS, the First National Bank of Minneapolis has requested approval of sign
plans at the northwest corner of Lancaster Lane and Pilgrim Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of the
First National Bank of Minneapolis of sign plans for the building located at
the northwest corner of Lancaster Lane and Pilgrim Lane subject to the
following conditions:
1. Signage to be located in accordance with the approved site plan.
Z. Directional signs shall not be illuminated.
3. Installation of all signs shall be in accordance with applicable
regulations and requirements per Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor t ereo :Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport
Ho t, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
