The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, �pWorilmcmbers Davenport Hoyt, Neils -and Schneider The 0 flowing members were absent: None introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-74 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PROJECT NO. 951 1979 SANITARY SEWER TV WORK WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council for the following projects, the engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., have prepared plans and specifications for the TV inspection work for said projects and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council for their approval: 804 - Fernbrook Lane north of Highway 55 806 - Pineview Lane 809 - Pike Lake Area 829 - Ridgecrest Addition 832 - Schmidt Lake Hills Addition 846 - Rappaport Addition 902 - Northwest Interceptor 905 - Fernbrook Lane south of Highway 55 906 - Americks 1st Addition 908 - Medina Road Area 909 - 26th Avenue 807 and 911 - Downtown Plymouth 914 - 16th Avenue 919 - Medicine Ridge Addition 921 - Hadley Place Addition 944 - Windsong Addition 707 - Seven Ponds Area NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached, is hereto made a part of and are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper ' and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The adver- tisement shall be publ4ihed for two days, shall specify the work to be done, J Resolution #80-74 Page 2 shall state the bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 7, 1980, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard by the City Manager and the City Engineer and will be considered by the Council at a subsequent meeting in the City Council Chambers, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid.
