RESOLUTION NO, 80-72
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING FOX GLEN ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted January 14, 1980, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Fox Glen Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on January 21, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted January 14, 1980. The petitioners have waived
their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
