Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regula r
meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of January , 19aQ_. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport. Hoyt. Neils and Schneider

RESOLUTION NO. 80-71
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 013
FABER PLACE ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted December 17, 1979, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvement of Faber Place Addition and the adjacent area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 21, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $179,950.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 11th
day of February, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport.
