Neils and Schneider The following mem ers were absent: None �� �pr DavPnps_ introduced the followinq Resolution and moved �t' s adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-67 RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 003 DUNKIRK LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted November 19, 1979 and the 1980 Capital Improvements Program, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & P;sociates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of Dunkirk Lane from County Road 47 to the Soo Line Railroad; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of a two lane rural roadway, including full grading, gravel base, drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 21, 1980; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $341,554.00. 2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 7th day of April, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by' and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor hereof: _ a ynr Hun t- rnunrilmamhprs navPnpnrt .
