Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,iMinnesota was held on the
21st day of January , 19 80 . The following members were
present: _Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The follow ng members were absent: None
Enuncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-66
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 910
GLEASON LAKE NORTH STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted October 16, 1978, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of the trunk storm sewer sys,em from Gleason Lake to the
upper reaches of the drainage basin, including Ponds P-2, P-3, P-4, P-5 and P-6;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of storm sewer, ponding areas
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 21, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said report is hereby received and placed on file.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
